How do I become a paid member?
Paid membership is not open sign-up. It is made available to attendees of Ellect events via the Ellect App, where you’ll be invited to join if membership feels aligned for you.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Yearly memberships renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal in your account settings before your renewal date.
Can I cancel my yearly membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your paid period.
Do you offer refunds or a change-of-mind policy?
We encourage members to join when they are ready to engage. While we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds, you may cancel at any time and continue enjoying your membership until the end of your paid period, except where required by law.

Do I need to attend events to be part of Ellect?
No. You can be part of the Ellect community without attending events.

Ellect offers bi-monthly hybrid events, allowing you to join virtually if you’re unable to attend in person, so you can stay connected regardless of location.
